Anxiously Engaged!

It warms my heart to see many of my friends and neighbors in our ward, and of course elsewhere, serve one another and lift one another. It is so heartening that I have so many friends who care and love us. They have been a great source of strength throughout my life.

Growing up as a non-member and becoming a member just boggles my mind! He truly has led my "footsteps" to His kingdom and I don't know where I would be had I not become a member! It truly is the most significant thing in my life. It has made it possible for my children to grow up to be good, good people.

But here is another ponderment, our whole goal in life is to help one another get back to our Heavenly Father and His Son, Jesus Christ! So we ought to be anxiously engaged!!

Let's go!!!!!

I totally agree. We can all be a bit more "anxiously engaged" and serve those in need. Service is one of my favorite things and I know it is yours too! You are great at serving others. :)

Just started reading the Peacegiver tonight and a similar thought struck me. Just that we have to help each other use the Atonement or it can never work. And service is definitely one way to accomplish that. :)
