Sugar?

No sugar! Hmpf! I am not doing as well as I should. But defintiely better than during the holidays. Sorry Lara, I need your strength. Noooooo, I'll be better! LOL!!

    Usually I have no strength on this. I really think you just have to get to a place where you know you have to do it. Or else. That's where I am.
